In Greenville and in the spectacular Moosehead Lake Region, it often seems life is less hectic and the world less crowded. We are constantly amazed by all there is to do and see in this area and how close it is to the Inn. Hike mountains, woods and Maine's "Grand Canyon", Gulf Hagas with its waterfalls and canyons. The family that built this house ran the famous Sander's Store right on our corner and that outfitting tradition still exists today. Walk 200 steps to Northwoods Outfitters where equipment rental, clothing, sports equipment, a cyber café, and guides await. Moose Safaris, guided fishing expeditions, Catamaran rides, canoe, kayak and snowmobile rentals are all just 200 steps from the Inn. Getting out and exploring the great outdoors, while staying in a great indoors, just doesn't get much easier.
