Room Rates

Room rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and a full hot breakfast in the Dining Room.

• For those traveling together, Rooms 1 & 2 and Rooms 4 & 5 may be rented as suites at special rates.
• Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include Maine Sales Tax of 7%. Additional person is $20 per room as available.
• Rates subject to change.
• Special rates do not apply to holidays

Policies

• Check-in time is between 3pm and 6pm.
• Check-out time is by 11am.
• Please make arrangements in advance for alternate check-in times.
• The Inn is unable to accommodate pets or any animals due to allergies.
• Due to the historic nature of the house and the collection of antiques and paintings, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 11.
• Smoking is allowed on the porches only.
• The Inn accepts MasterCard and Visa.
• Gift certificates are available.

Reservation and Cancellation policy

A deposit of 50% or one night, whichever is greater, is required at the time of reservation. This deposit can be made by MasterCard or Visa. A fourteen-day advance notice of cancellation or alteration of your reserved dates is required for a refund of your deposit. A $20.00 handling fee will be charged on cancelled reservations. No refunds for early departures. All rates are based on a two person occupancy. Additional occupants will be charged accordingly
